By the time you’ve finished reading this eBook, you’ll know if rehab is the next step for you.
Thanks for coming to my website and checking out my eBook “Rehab Literally Saved My Life”.
You see, I had been struggling with alcohol addiction for many years and I finally realised that it was bigger than me.
When I was 44 years old I booked myself into a rehabilitation center for the treatment of alcohol abuse and dependency.
And I’m so glad I did! Because while I was in rehab, I decided to have a routine mammogram which revealed I had breast cancer!
It is estimated that for women who take one drink per day on a regular basis, the risk of developing breast cancer is increased by 4% over that of non-drinkers, and for those who take three or more drinks per day, it is increased by up to 50% (Seitz, 2012).
In my eBook I will take you through my journey into alcohol dependence and the years spent in denial. And finally, my awakening to freedom and personal transformation.
It is my sincere hope that after reading my eBook, you will realise that you CAN break the cycle of addiction. And live a much bigger and better life – SOBER.
I have learnt with the willingness to change and the right support, you can do anything. One day at a time.
“Congratulations Gemma! What a wonderful achievement for both your recovery and this eBook. I just couldn’t put this down once I started reading it, your warmth, humour and humility shine through every page and I could hear the joy in your voice as you tell your story of hope.
This is a book that will undoubtedly help others to ask themselves the questions that we sometimes need to have the courage to ask. And then what to do about it. It has been an honour to accompany you along a little bit of this journey, thank you.”
