    1/2 tsp is a dose that our body can accept without an aftereffect in a whole day. u hav given this much dose only in the morning. Isn’t it harmfull for blood structure, hair follicles n blood pressure?

    Taking half tablespoon Salt with lemon wont increase high blood pressure due to intake of salt everyday in the morning??? Just asking for precaution….
